Making A Complaint

At Buy As You View, we're committed to providing the best possible service. However, on the rare occasions that our service has not lived up to expected standard, we want you to tell us.

If we haven't met your expectations for any reason, you can make a complaint on this page.

We promise to review all complaints as a matter of priority, and will aim to come back to you with a response within 72 hours.

The Financial Ombudsman


If you remain unhappy with our response to your complaint, or your complaint has not been resolved within eight weeks after you first told us about it, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you wish for the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into your complaint, you must refer it to them within 6 months of the date of our final response to you. You can contact them at:

The Financial Ombudsman Service offers a free independent service and they can help with most financial complaints.
